doughnut recipe for doughnut maker


Today i will show you, doughnut recipe for doughnut maker, it's very delicious recipe to make it at home.
so let us start .



Ingredients :
  • 1 and 1/8 cup warm milk 
  • ¼ cup sugar 
  • 2 and 1/4 cup instant yeast 
  • 2 eggs scrambled 
  • 9 tablespoons unsalted butter 
  • 4 cups flour 
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
Vanilla Sauce Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar 
  • ½ teaspoon salt 
  • Half teaspoon vanilla 
  • ½ cup cold milk or cold water

Please follow the recipe step by step to get a good results, after you frying it you will get a donuts that stay delicious for long time also after get cold, not like other doughnuts recipes.

What to do?
  1. Put warm milk with sugar until it melts.
  2. Add yeast and mixing it for 10 minutes until interact and melt.
  3. Put the butter in the microwave or oven to heat.
  4. Pulsate the eggs and you can put vanilla (optional).
  5. Put butter on eggs.
  6. Put the butter and egg mixture and mixing it by blender or hand.
  7. Put it to the milk mixture and mixing it with the yeast and make sure it mixed. 
  8. Add a quarter teaspoon of salt to the flour .
  9. Add the flour mixture gradually and kneads at medium speed for 8 to 10 minutes, making sure there is no flour on the sides of the bowl.
  10. Prepare another bowl and anointed with oil or butter, put the dough, cover the dough with plastic and put it in the fridge for 8 hours.
  11. Sprinkle the surface with flour and  knead the dough.
  12. Cut dough into halves .
  13. The settlement the surface of the dough to a thickness of one or half a centimeter.
  14. Cut the Doughnuts to required shapes (use donuts cutter).
  15. Leave the donuts brewing from 45 to 60 minutes.
  16. Heat the oil to medium temperature.
  17. After Doughnuts gaining  a gold color, Put it on paper handkerchief.
  18. After cooled, put the vanilla sauce on it.
  19. You can add a chocolate or anything you love. 
  20. Serve cold or warm.
Vanilla Sauce: 

  1. Add the sugar with a little salt and cold water or cold milk.
  2. Mix until we get the soft texture.
  3. Cover the bowl so as not to dry.



i love doughnuts with warm milk in this cold days, at the night, it's too delicious :)
