yeast doughnut recipe


This recipe is very very very easy, and I like it because it does not take much time and very delicious, you will not need to buy a donut shops with this delicious recipe.

This recipe takes about 30 minutes


Ingredients


  • 400 grams of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 + 1/2 tsp or 1 x 7g dray yeast 
  • caster sugar
  • cinnamon



Kneader way :

  1. put egg into a cup, then top up with water.
  2. Add this mixture and all other remaining components into Kneader and set Kneader to dough setting. 
  3. When the Kneader has finished a work, rise and another knead cycle, remove the dough.
  4. Weigh out the dough into 40 g balls.
  5. Put the balls onto a floured tray and permit to double in size. This will consume to a hour.
  6. Heat deep fryer until oil is hot.
  7. Using your thumb, make a hole in dough like a balls, the dough will be look like a ring.
  8. Put it into the medium hot oil.
  9. Fray on each side until get golden brown color .
  10. Put it on a paper, until cool.
  11. When it's cooled, sprinkle with sugar or a caster sugar and cinnamon mix.

Doughnuts dough

 Kneading by hand: 
  1. put egg into a cup, then top up with water. 
  2. Add this mixture and all other remaining components into bowl and combine. 
  3. Put it on floured board and knead for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Put it back in bowl and make it brewing for 30 minutes.
  5. Follow method from step 4 above.
